3. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT TWENTY PEAKS DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INSPECTION, SUPERVISION AND PREPARATION OF ANY ROUTE. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH EFFORTS MADE BY YOU WITHIN ANY OF THE EVENTS PUBLISHED ON TWENTY PEAKS TO CLASSIFY ON ANY SINGLE ROUTE AND THE RELEVANT EVENT ENTIRELY.
4. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN OUR TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE TWENTY PEAKS, ITS EMPLOYEES, AND ITS PARTNERS FROM LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES AND/OR USE OF THE TWENTY PEAKS WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, CONTENT, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD.
5. The events published on Twenty Peaks and the routes included in them are designed for experienced participants in good physical shape and condition for the activity. Consult your physician before taking on any event.
6. We cannot guarantee that routes on Twenty Peaks will not present hazards, blockage, or change paths on the day you choose to follow them. The information presented on the website and applications is to be considered auxiliary information and participants should check it independently prior to engaging a certain route.
7. Use appropriate safety equipment for your activity — for example, a helmet (and, when cycling, front and rear lights). Consider additional protection, especially on mountain bike trails.
8. Where possible, do not go alone and let someone know your plan. Make sure your gear is in good order and your mobile phone is charged.
9. Obey all applicable traffic laws and keep to the correct side of the lane. Avoid bad weather conditions and poor visibility.
