Twenty Peaks is built on trust: ride safely and play fair. To keep the leaderboards honest, the team can review results and remove any that don't look legitimate. Here's how that works.
Stay safe, play fair
The core commitment is simple — stay safe out there and compete fairly. The rankings only mean something if everyone earns their place the right way.
We can cancel suspicious results
The platform reserves the right to cancel any result where there's reasonable doubt that it was obtained improperly. This is a judgement made by the team — there is no automatic cheat-detection system deciding it for them.
How it's enforced
When a result is in question, the team can exclude it from the rankings and re-analyze the underlying activity. A result that's excluded stops counting — it no longer appears in your standing, and it no longer contributes to your club's score. That's why a result can occasionally disappear from the board after a review.
